Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

Welcome to the Salvage Art Summit website. Your privacy is important to me. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you register for the summit, join the community, or upgrade your ticket, how that information is used, and the choices you have regarding your information.

Information Collected

This website may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Your name and email address when you register for your free ticket

  • Your name, email address, and payment details if you upgrade to the ReClaim Pass

  • Information you provide when contacting me directly by email or through a contact form

  • Information you choose to share when joining the private Telegram community, such as your Telegram username and any messages you post there

Payment information. If you upgrade to the ReClaim Pass, your payment details (such as credit card number) are collected and processed directly by my payment processor, Stripe/PayPal/Squarespace Payments. I do not collect or store your full payment card information on this website. Please review your payment processor's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.

Summit Registration and Emails

When you register for your free ticket, you are added to the Art By Natalya/Salvage Art Summit email list so I can send you summit updates, links to each day's presentations, and related communications. After the summit ends, you may continue to hear from me, but you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in any email.

Email is collected and managed through MailChimp.

Speaker resources. Speakers may offer free resources that require you to provide your email address directly to them. Your email address is not automatically shared with summit speakers — speakers only receive your email if you choose to provide it to them yourself, such as by opting in to one of their individual resources.

Telegram Community

If you join the private Summit Telegram community, your participation is also subject to Telegram's own privacy policy and terms, which govern how Telegram handles your account information. Anything you post in the community (including your username and messages) may be visible to other attendees and speakers in that group. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in the Telegram community.

Presentation Viewing and Access

To provide access to presentations (live or pre-recorded), track your 24-hour viewing window, and manage any extended access through the ReClaim Pass, your registration and access information may be processed through the video hosting and event platforms used to run the summit.

Website Analytics and Cookies

Like many websites, this site may use cookies or similar technologies to help improve the website experience and understand how visitors use the site. This may include basic website analytics provided by third-party services such as [e.g., Google Analytics].

You can usually adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies if you prefer.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your email address is not shared with summit speakers unless you choose to provide it to them directly.

Data Security

I take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including relying on reputable third-party providers (such as my hosting, email, video, and payment platforms) that maintain their own security standards. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

I retain registration and email information for as long as needed to communicate with you about the summit and any future related events, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes, or until you unsubscribe or request removal. ReClaim Pass purchase records are retained as needed for billing and access purposes.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the information I hold about you. If you are a resident of the EU/EEA, UK, or a U.S. state with applicable privacy laws (such as California), you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA.
